A Saturday in October

This morning Emma played in her very first Suzuki Violin recital! Ryan played in recital as well, though as a seasoned player, of course. We arrived early enough to rehearse with the pianist and they both played wonderfully! One very special perk was that this was the Halloween party for the kids. So they were dressed up in costumes on stage! Extra excitingfor them. Ryan played with multiple spider legs swaying with him to the music, and Emma performed as the princess with flowing pink sparkles complementing the sweetness of her song. It was not to be missed!

We will celebrat all their efforts working up to this day with a family ice cream outing this afternoon!
